Project Assessment
Conficio offers a focused project assessment workshop for current or past projects. We use our own methodology to review the requirements, management procedures and quality assurance practices. We work with the project owner, project manager and developers involved, to gather all relevant information. We report our findings to the project owner as well as the project team. Additionally we deliver a written report, detailing the strong and weak points. We advise our clients on a course of action to improve their situation.

Best Practice Implementation
Sometimes classroom training is not effective enough. In these situations we work with you and your team directly and help to change things as quickly as possible. We advise on selection of software systems, such as source code control, requirements management, daily build, test case management, unit testing, test automation. We can set up these support systems for you and train staff how to use them and instruct IT how to maintain them.
We also initiate changes in procedure and monitor the team's progress. In critical situations we can manage the entire project for you.
