Dear Kaj,
You're definitely onto something here. Help menus stink and they are ripe for improvement. Sometimes it seems like current help systems are only useful to people savvy enough not to need them in the first place!

… I help my mother all the time … Just the other day I was helping her configure her Internet Explorer security settings & trusted sites list. Whether I am helping her on the phone or over email it's always the same… Listing out menu clicks and trying to describe where on the screen is a certain button she must push.

I like the "Interactive Screenshot" … Something like that is genuinely useful.

Marsh,
I interviewed several candidates for this project in November and December. When I spoke with Kaj, he asked a lot of questions that forced me to think about the project from different perspectives. This is something that none of the other candidates did that ultimately led to my decision to go with Kaj's services.

I was impressed with his ability to identify the key components of the project through his questions. I was impressed with his ability to troubleshoot problems tirelessly. And I was impressed with his dedication to making me, the client, happy with the end result. The first time I met Kaj was just a couple months ago, but I would refer him to my best clients in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the introduction. Let me know if there is something I can do for you in return.
